For several years, I have been helping people navigate and overcome life’s challenges.
In my sessions, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a proven, evidence-based approach.
Our thoughts shape our emotions and behaviors. Learning to manage your thoughts can transform the quality of your life. With CBT, you will gain the skills to take charge of your thoughts, rather than letting them control you.
I also integrate techniques from various other approaches, depending on each client’s needs.
Consultations are held online via video call (Google Meet).

The consultation fee is €43 for individual sessions (60 minutes) and €100 for couples sessions (90 minutes).
